# TEMPLATES — golden paths. Scaffolder templates that create new entities.
#
# Path: content/orgs/<org>/templates/<template>.yaml
#
# Per the enterprise ADR this is where conventions get ENFORCED BY DEFAULT: a
# new service arrives with AGENTS.md, openspec/, and the CI policy pipeline
# already wired, instead of relying on people remembering.
#
# This sample uses only built-in debug actions, so it has NO external dependency
# (no GitHub token, no network) and is safe to dry-run and execute on every test
# pass. A real golden path would add publish:github + catalog:register.
